The largest open-market Form 4 trades, ranked by dollar value
Updated July 24, 2026
Company insiders — officers, directors, and 10% owners — have to disclose every open-market trade in their own stock within two business days, via SEC Form 4. Most of that paper is routine: scheduled option exercises, tax-withholding sales, small rebalancing trades. This board filters down to genuine open-market buys and sells, groups one filer’s trades in the same direction over the last three weeks into a single line, and ranks by dollar value.
A purchase is the more informative signal — insiders sell for all kinds of reasons (diversification, taxes, a scheduled 10b5-1 plan), but they generally only buy when they think the stock is cheap. Neither list is investment advice; it’s a record of what people with the closest view of the business are actually doing with their own money.
